From Our Lathe to Your Door
All shipment costs are based on country (postal/zip code) of destination and the number of bats being shipped and will be calculated at the time of order. Shipping costs will be calculated in the shopping cart.
For orders throughout Canada we use FedEx. This service typically takes between 1-5 business days for delivery. (not including the turnaround time listed on the homepage). This depends on your distance/location from our facility. If you need your bats sooner, other shipping options are available at an extra cost. Please let us know if you need us to get us your bats to you quicker and we can make that happen.
For orders to the United States we use FedEx. We have worked closely with these companies over the last several years to get the best shipping prices we can. Fuel surcharges vary each month and are not in our control. .
To get your order to an international destination we will use either Fed Ex or Canada Post. We will work with you to decide on what is the best method based on cost and transit times.
Shipments that have Canadian addresses will be subject to paying 5% GST.
Shipments going to HST participating provinces will pay the appropriate HST amount.
Shipments to US or International addresses may have duties imposed on the incoming goods. We do not collect any federal or state tax. Your government collects these, and Prairie Sticks does not have any control as to what the charges will be, if any. We are not responsible for paying any of these charges.
Shipments Damaged in Transit
All of our shipments come with a standard $100 insurance placed on it. If you wish to purchased more insurance (for larger shipments) please let us know. The cost is $3.50 per $100 of insurance. If you do not decide to purchase more we are not liable for any damages over the $100. In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit please contact us WITHIN 24 HOURS of receiving the shipment. Any more time than this and FedEx may not validate the claim. It is your responsibility to notify us, so we can start a claim for you. Please keep all shipping materials and do not throw anything away.
We do not guarantee any of our bats against breakage or damage of any kind. Nor are we responsible for any injury caused by a bat, or bat fragment, that may be projected into the field of play, dugouts, or seating areas.
If you receive your order and it is not to the specifications that you gave at the time of ordering or are unsatisfied; please email us as soon as you receive your order. If the invoice that we have on record does not correspond with the bat you have received we will replace it as long as the bat is unused.
If your order qualifies for an exchange we will ship the bat back at no charge.
