If you purchased our Performance Protection Plan and your bat broke within the 30 day window, please send an email to email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number. In your initial correspondence please indicate your order number and bat that needs to be returned to us to help us locate the information and speed up the process.
You must have purchased the warranty in order to request a Return Authorization Number.
Once we receive your request for a Return Authorization Number, we will email you back with your number. Please put this number in the box with the bat. Your bat must be postmarked within three days of receiving your authorization number. Bats that are not shipped within this time frame are not eligible for replacement. That is, the warranty is considered void. We will not process returns without an authorization number.
