If you purchased our Performance Protection Plan and your bat broke within the 30 day window, please fill out the form below, add it to the cart and proceed to the checkout.
You will not be required to input any payment information for this item upon checkout.
Once we receive your request for a Return Authorization Number, we will email you back with your number. Please put this number in the box with the bat. Your bat must be postmarked within three days of receiving your authorization number. Bats that are not shipped within this time frame are not eligible for replacement. That is, the warranty is considered void. We will not process returns without an authorization number.
