YOUTH BATS

Prairie Sticks is proud to offer our Pro Maple Youth Series.  Our Youth Series bats are ideal for those players making the transition into using wood baseball bats or for a smaller player that is looking for a shorter and lighter bat.  Youth Models are available in lengths from 26"-30" including half sizes (eg. 27.5").  These bats are made from the same stock as our Pro Maple Series.  Youth bats are only available in Maple.

The lengths are 26, 26.5, 27, 27.5, 28, 28.5, 29, 29.5 and 30.

PS17Y - Similar to the PS172. This model is well balanced and has a slow transition into the barrel.  It features a 2 3/8" barrel and a 7/8" handle.  This makes it ideal for the smaller player.  Weight ranges from -4 to -7 depending on length.

PS34Y- Similar to the PS342. It has a long handle 15/16" handle that quickly moves into a full barrel that is 2 ½" in diameter.  The profile is similar to an aluminum bat and is a great bat for the young player making the switch to wood. Weight ranges from -3 to -5 depending on length.
