Canadian and International Orders

For orders to Canada and Overseas we use Canada Post Express Post. If requested, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. You can expect your package to arrive in 2-5 business days from the date of shipment for Canadian addresses, and 9 – 15 business days from the date of shipment for international shipments.

All shipment costs are based on destination and will be calculated at the time of order. All shipment costs are in Canadian Dollars and are based on destination.

US Orders

For orders to the United States we use DHL or Canada Post Expedited Service. If requested, a tracking number will be e-mailed to you. You can expect your package to arrive in 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.

Team Orders

There are price breaks available at 6, 12, 24+ bats. Please call or e-mail in order to get a quantity discount. One of our staff members will work with you to put your order together.

Taxes/Duties

Shipments that have Canadian addresses will be subject to paying 6% GST, however no Provincial sales tax will be collected. Shipments to US or International addresses may have duties imposed on the incoming goods. Your government collects these, and Prairie Sticks does not have any control as to what the charges will be, if any.

Warranty/Returns

As with all wood bat manufacturers, we do not guarantee any of our bats against breakage or damage of any kind. Nor are we responsible for any injury caused by a bat, or bat fragment, that may be projected into the field of play, dugouts, or seating areas. Returns are permitted only if the order you received is incorrect. Remember, our first commitment is to you, so if you have any questions or concerns please ask.
